Returns
For all order discrepancies, please email us within 72 hours of the merchandise being received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and it must also be in its original packaging.
Please return merchandise within 5 business days of the original email. No refunds or exchanges on any used merchandise. If return is received damaged, a store credit or exchange may not be granted.
Not satisfied with your order? No problem. We will gladly issue a store credit minus shipping once the merchandise has been received.
We do not issue refunds on lost packages by USPS. If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with USPS immediately and make a report with local authorities.
Exchanges
We will exchange your item if the item arrived from us damaged. The customer is responsible for all return mail postage.
